How it works
Selling. Find your home, see recent sales near you and your take-home, and list when you're ready. A licensed Florida broker checks everything before your home goes on the MLS.
Buying. Tour any home for free. If you buy through us, you pay one flat fee at closing, and anything the seller pays us comes off it first.
Both. Selling one home and buying your next with us? Your buying fee is half.
What we do
MLS listing, professional photos, showings, offers and counteroffers on standard Florida forms, negotiation, and every deadline tracked through closing, with each step visible to you online.
We work as a transaction broker under Florida law (Florida Statutes §475.278): we deal honestly and fairly, use skill and care, tell you known facts that affect a home's value, and present every offer. It's limited representation; we aren't a fiduciary for either side.
What we never do
- No percentage fees.
- Nothing upfront, and nothing owed if you don't close.
- We never sell your information as a lead.
- We never ask for your Social Security number or bank account numbers.
