When you use our website (buyselleasyrealty.com) or our services, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, property address and property details, price expectations, and information you enter in our forms or send us during a transaction. We also collect standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to operate and improve the site.
We use your information to provide real estate brokerage services: preparing market analyses and listing plans, communicating with you about your transaction, scheduling appointments, meeting our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed brokerage, and improving our website and services. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to complete your transaction (for example, with title companies, lenders you select, or other parties to your transaction at your direction), with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (such as our website, database, and communications providers), and when required by law or our regulatory obligations as a Florida real estate brokerage. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Documents you upload. When you upload a pre-approval letter or proof of funds, an AI service (Anthropic) reads it so the lender, amount and expiration fill in for you to check. The broker uses the same service to read business receipts, and to read and file the papers a title company or lender emails the broker about your transaction (such as a title commitment or a loan commitment). The document is sent only for that reading and, under the provider's commercial terms, is not used to train AI models. You confirm or correct every field. Photo IDs are never sent for reading and are deleted once verified.
Error reports. If a page fails to load on your device, we record the error message, the page and your browser type so we can fix it. We do not record what you typed.
Reviews and where you found us. After a tour, at closing, or during a listing we may text you one question about how we did. Answering is optional. Your review appears on our website only if you tick the box allowing it, shown with your first name and last initial (or initials) and your city, exactly as you wrote it. We also record how you found us (for example, a campaign link, a QR code on a sign, or the site that sent you) to see which of our marketing works. We never sell this information.
We retain transaction records as required by Florida real estate law and retain other information only as long as needed for the purposes above. We use reputable service providers and industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
You may opt out of text messages at any time (reply STOP), unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message, and contact us at broker@buyselleasyrealty.com to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
